At Margaret's Calgary, we want every order to arrive safely and in perfect condition. That's why we offer optional Shipping Insurance for extra peace of mind.

When you add Shipping Insurance to your order, you're fully covered against:

Lost Packages

If your order gets lost in transit or never arrives, we'll send you a free replacement right away.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or opened, we'll replace the affected items at no additional cost.

How It Works

  1. Add Shipping Insurance at checkout.
  2. If something goes wrong, contact our support team within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).
  3. Provide a photo (for damaged items) or tracking information (for lost items).

What's Not Covered

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered by the customer
